SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Software License Agreement governs your use of the Eureka Pilot software.

1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer or decompile the software

• copy or distribute the software

• modify the software

• create derivative works

• resell or sublicense the software

• bypass licensing mechanisms

3. Ownership

The software and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the company.

This agreement grants a license, not ownership.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or improvements to the software.

Updates may modify or discontinue certain features.

5. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate the terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.

6. Disclaimer

The software is provided without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the software.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
