These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eureka Pilot software and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Eureka Pilot software or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Description of Service

Eureka Pilot provides software tools designed to assist users with automation and productivity tasks.

The software is provided on a subscription basis and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information

  • maintain the security of your account

  • notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor, such as Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

6. Free Trial

Eureka Pilot may offer a free trial period.

The trial allows users to evaluate the software before purchasing a subscription.

At the end of the trial period, access will be disabled unless the subscription is activated.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software and the availability of a free trial period:

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once billing occurs.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

If a billing error occurs, users may contact support for review.

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of the account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer or decompile the software

  • redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software

  • share account credentials

  • interfere with service operation

  • attempt to bypass license restrictions

  • use the software for unlawful purposes

You also agree not to use the software to violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Eureka Pilot remain the exclusive property of the company.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • uninterrupted operation

  • error-free performance

  • compatibility with all systems

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eureka Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding twelve months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
